◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will re-calculate the shipping cost and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping costs, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items that have cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately, a shipping fee may apply for each item depending on the purchase amount (free shipping amount vs. shipping fee applicable amount).
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excl. tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excl. tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and these are shipped separately.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be charged for individual shipments.
