When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" (listed below) will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding separate shipping fee notifications, including for pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns are not accepted for customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this period.
