When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please be aware of this in advance.

We will inform you of any separate shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns are not accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not permitted for pre-order items)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, if the product amount (free shipping amount and amount subject to shipping charges) is shipped separately, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000 + a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000 at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fees will be incurred for individual shipments.
