When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

For reserved items, you will be notified of additional shipping fees before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can provide you with the exact cost.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are shipped separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each item depending on the product amounts purchased.
This applies, for example, when simultaneously purchasing an in-stock item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping for items under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs shipping for items under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
