1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally not eligible for cancellation.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, we only accept unused items (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
