When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping cost, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping cost and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

For pre-order items, including those with additional shipping fees, you will be notified before shipment.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their respective product amounts (eligible for free shipping vs. subject to shipping charges), shipping charges may apply to each item individually depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 subject to shipping (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 subject to shipping (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If each individual item meets the free shipping conditions, no shipping charges will apply for individual shipments.
