◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not possible for pre-order products)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping/reshipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
