◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except for products with defects, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
