1. Returns due to customer's convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items at the same time, and the product amount (amount eligible for free shipping and amount subject to shipping charges) is shipped separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
