◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, regardless of the purchase amount, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
Customers affected will be notified of the re-calculated shipping fee, so please be aware of this in advance.

For reserved items, you will be notified of the separate shipping fee before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally not eligible for cancellation.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, used items, or washed items will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items at the same time, and if the product amount (free shipping amount and shipping eligible amount) is shipped separately, shipping fees will be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs shipping under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which also incurs shipping under ¥10,000, at the same time.
If the conditions for each item are met, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
