◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
For deliveries to remote islands, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*This also applies to orders with free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
We will recalculate the shipping fee and notify affected customers separately. Please be aware of this in advance.

For reserved items, separate shipping fee notifications will be sent before shipping.
You can also inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
If the deadline is exceeded, exchanges will not be accepted for any reason, so please be aware.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the items are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each shipment depending on the purchase amount (amounts eligible for free shipping versus amounts subject to shipping fees).
(Example) This would apply if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which is below the ¥10,000 free shipping threshold, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which is also below the ¥10,000 free shipping threshold.
