Also, it usually takes about 5 to 7 days to retrieve items from our regular warehouse stock.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas.
For deliveries to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and automatic confirmation emails sent after your order will not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

For separate shipping fee notifications, including pre-order items, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amount (free shipping eligible amount and shipping fee eligible amount) is shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item shipped depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item that incurs a shipping fee of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) and a pre-order item that incurs a shipping fee of ¥9,900 (excluding tax), both under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
