◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

For pre-order items, we will notify you of any additional shipping fees before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanged items must also be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items at the same time, and if the total amount of your purchase (the amount eligible for free shipping and the amount subject to shipping fees) means they are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred each time an item is shipped.
This applies, for example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which is below ¥10,000 (and thus incurs a shipping fee) and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which is also below ¥10,000 (and thus incurs a shipping fee).
If the conditions are met for each individual item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
