◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases of product defects. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are shipped separately, a shipping fee will be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchased product amount.
This applies, for example, when purchasing an in-stock item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee (for items under ¥10,000) and a pre-order item of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee (for items under ¥10,000) simultaneously.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
