Also, it takes about 5 to 7 days to order from our regular warehouse stock.

There may be some fluctuations due to delivery conditions from the warehouse, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

For reserved items, separate shipping fee notifications will be sent before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We do not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for various costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline has passed.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are shipped separately, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, this applies when you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee under ¥10,000.
If each item meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
