◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping cost and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

For reserved items, any additional shipping fee notification will be sent before dispatch.
Also, if you inquire before ordering, we can tell you the fee.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are sent separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (tax excluded) and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (tax excluded), both of which incur shipping fees for amounts under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
