For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days after its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately due to their value (amounts eligible for free shipping vs. amounts subject to shipping charges), shipping fees may be incurred for each item shipped, depending on the purchase amount.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is subject to a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is also subject to a shipping fee below ¥10,000, at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
