When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount, in addition to the shipping fee.
*This also applies to cases where shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, emails sent from the order screen and automatic confirmation emails after ordering will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about the fees before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason after this deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount (amounts eligible for free shipping vs. amounts subject to shipping fees).
For example, this applies if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is subject to shipping fees because it is under ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is also subject to shipping fees because it is under ¥10,000, at the same time.
If each individual item meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred for each separate shipment.
