◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies to cases where shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will re-calculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please be aware of this in advance.

For pre-order items, we will inform you of any separate shipping fees before shipping.
Additionally, if you inquire before placing an order, we can provide you with the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will refuse items that have cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, various expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items at the same time, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are sent separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each item depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) When you purchase an in-stock item subject to shipping charges of ¥9,900 (excluding tax) + a pre-order item subject to shipping charges of ¥9,900 (excluding tax), both under ¥10,000, at the same time.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping charges will not be incurred when shipping individually.
