◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, regardless of the total amount of your order, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please understand this in advance.

For reserved items, separate shipping fee notifications will be sent before shipment.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, used items, or items that have been washed will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️ Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately (based on amounts eligible for free shipping vs. amounts incurring shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each shipment depending on the purchase amount of each item.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item that incurs shipping for orders under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item that incurs shipping for orders under ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) simultaneously.
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
