When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to the system, an email will be sent on the order screen and in the automatic confirmation email after ordering, stating an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

For notifications regarding separate shipping fees, including for reserved items, we will inform you before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the charges.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Cancellations are generally not possible for pre-order items.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, we will not be able to accept exchanges for any reason.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase reserved items + in-stock items at the same time, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are sent separately, shipping fees will be incurred each time an item is shipped, depending on the purchased product amount.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item for which shipping costs apply (¥9,900 ex. tax) and a pre-order item for which shipping costs apply (¥9,900 ex. tax) that are both under ¥10,000.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not be incurred at the time of individual shipment.
