For deliveries to remote island areas, regardless of the total purchase amount, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee.
*This also applies to orders with free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will re-calculate the shipping fee and inform you. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-order items, we will notify you of any additional shipping costs before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping/reshipment shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this period has passed.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and if the shipping of product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping charges) are sent separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchased product amounts.
For example, if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 and incurring shipping (e.g., ¥9,900 excluding tax) + a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 and incurring shipping (e.g., ¥9,900 excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each individual item, no shipping charges will be incurred for individual shipments.
