◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or used or washed items, will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point of caution is that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the total purchase amount (amount eligible for free shipping and amount subject to shipping charges) is sent separately, shipping charges may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900, and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900.
If the conditions are met for each item, shipping fees will not be incurred for individual shipments.
