◼️Actual products may differ in specifications or size from what is shown.
◼️Due to production circumstances, delivery times may be subject to change.

◼️Colors may appear different depending on your monitor environment and lighting.
Please consider this before purchasing.

◼️As we share inventory with other stores, items may occasionally be out of stock. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.

Additionally, it typically takes 5 to 7 days to retrieve items from our warehouse stock.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to shipping conditions from the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas.
For deliveries to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*This also applies to free shipping cases.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated confirmation email will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping costs, including those for pre-order items, before shipping.
You can also inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items that have odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
If the deadline is exceeded, exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason, so please be careful.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items, and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and if the items are shipped separately (e.g., one item qualifies for free shipping and the other incurs a shipping fee), shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount.
For example, this applies if you purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000, and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) which also incurs a shipping fee below ¥10,000.
If each item meets the conditions for free shipping, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
