When delivering to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please understand this in advance.

For reserved items, notification of additional shipping fees will be provided before shipping.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after the deadline.

◼️Simultaneous purchase of in-stock items and pre-order items and shipping
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and the items are shipped separately based on their price (eligibility for free shipping vs. subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each item when shipped, depending on the purchase price.
(Example) If you purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) with a shipping fee, and a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) with a shipping fee, simultaneously.
If each item individually meets the conditions, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
