◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Advance reservation items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all expenses (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days after receiving the product.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
